We are looking for an individual with a passion for cooking fresh food who is creative, hardworking, can take instruction and is prepared to learn. You will train and learn how to maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment; work effectively as part of a hospitality team; maintain food safety when preparing, storing and cooking food; maintain, handle and clean knives; produce, prepare and cook basic food dishes and set up and close kitchen.
