Description
A fantastic opportunity is available at Molly’s cafe for an apprentice Chef.The role itself will include to open and close the kitchen whilst working alongside a fully qualified chef. To prep and cook food according to menu brand. You will adhere to all the Health & Safety policies, and ensure procedures and schedules are followed for cleaning and sanitising food preparation/storage areas, and ensure that any equipment is clean and maintained When needed to take food to customers while providing customer service..As an Apprentice you will be included on a Cookery Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
