This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in the Care industry whilst undertaking a Business and Administration qualification at Rainbow Care Solutions. Your duties will include;•Maintaining records•Dealing with enquiries•Answering calls and responding to emails•Inputting data on in house database systems•General office dutiesRainbow Care Solutions are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is confident when talking to people and following tasks. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.

To be able to work on own initiative as well as in a team. Previous experience is not required as the employer is looking for someone who wants to develop a long term career in Business Administration.
None required as full training to be given. Basic maths and english skills required.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a hard worker with good communication skills and who is able to provide excellent customer service. You will need an outgoing personality and plenty of common sense, be reliable & punctual.
The successful applicant may be offered a permanent contract at the end of their Apprenticeship.
