Main duties: Consultants will need to use sales techniques to tempt client’s companies into using our services. Will need to develop knowledge of client’s companies, their industry, what services they offer plus their speciality and environment. Understanding the clients and candidates demands or requirements. Advertising vacancies by creating adverts on a range of media platforms (Newspapers, websites, flyers or posters). Using social media platforms to advertise job roles and build stronger relationships with candidates.
