This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start a career in Catering and Hospitality. You will be trained to the highest standard in the values of a professional kitchen. The successful applicant will be coached by the renowned Chef Matthew Benson-Smith whilst working and learning skills of an extremely busy kitchen. You must have excellent skills in attention to detail with a real drive to succeed and be prepared to perform well in within the team.
Calderdale College offers apprenticeships across West Yorkshire. From September 2015, they’ll also offer Traineeship Programmes. Covering a range of industries, including a specialism in Digital Marketing, they’ve worked with hundreds of businesses in the area, including big names like Manchester City FC and the Shay Stadium.
