Description

As an Apprentice Front of House Supervisor you will be working in a small team, working closely with other managers, learning all aspects of day to day running of a front of house, duties will include;•Cash handling•Stock control•Cellar management•Meeting and greeting guests•Dealing with complaints•Restaurant duties to include; •Serving tables•Taking orders •Supervising staff•Serving drinks•Liaising with all departments•Writing staff rotas•Opening up and closing of establishmentThis role is customer facing for the majority of the time; responsibilities will grow with the job role.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Good time keeping, enthusiastic and have a keen interest in food and the hospitality industry. Must be a team player and have good communication skills.
GCSE’s Grades A*-C desirable.
As an Apprentice you will be included on an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Supervision, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training.
Reliable and Honest. Good communication skills.
On completion of the apprenticeship, this position could potentially lead to a permanent role.
