Etchells Signs based in Leicester, are looking for an Administration Assistant Apprentice, to join their team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, have great communication skills and have a good basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to work within the offices of a busy, family run sign and display making business working predominantly within the fashion retail and leisure sectors. You will provide support to the Managing Directors and administration team in our plans to grow the business.
The job role will be varied but duties will include answering telephone enquiries, meet and greet visitors, ordering, sourcing accommodation and permissions to work, organising deliveries, and general office duties.
Main Duties include:
Ideal candidate would possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be competent using computerised systems such as MS Word, Excel and generating and responding by e.mail.

GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Maths & English
Possibility for the right candidate to become a permanent member of staff
