Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to work within the offices of a busy, family run sign and display making business working predominantly within the fashion retail and leisure sectors. You will provide support to the Managing Directors and administration team in our plans to grow the business.

The job role will be varied but duties will include answering telephone enquiries, meet and greet visitors, ordering, sourcing accommodation and permissions to work, organising deliveries, and general office duties.

Main Duties include:

  • Answering telephone and dealing with queries
  • Dealing with customers / suppliers
  • Supporting sales function
  • Filing and clerical work
  • Liasing with internal teams and external site personnel
  • Competent with computerised systems, e.mail and spreadsheets

Ideal candidate would possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be competent using computerised systems such as MS Word, Excel and generating and responding by e.mail.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is looking to be a part of our team, with new opportunities in a diverse growing business.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Maths & English

Skills required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Great organisational skills

  • Driven
