Description
We are looking for a highly-motivated Administration Apprentice to join Enzygo Ltd. You will provide effective and efficient administration services as part of a varied role.Responsibilities/Duties; • Provide effective administration support to all teams • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls • General office administration including booking hotel accommodation, filing, and ordering of stationary • Be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up to date project files • Receive and direct visitors and clients • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system • Handle requests for information and data • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for all staff • coordinate and maintain records • Processing sales invoices, purchase orders Candidate Attributes; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Comfortable working as part of team communication skills - written and verbal • Planning and organizing • Prioritising • Attention to detail and accuracy • Flexibility • Adaptability • Good customer service skills • Teamwork As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
