Webpost are offering an excellent opportunity to join their team as a Tele-Sales Apprentice, The suitable candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, hard-working and have the drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. The role involves outbound telephone work, cold calling prospects through to booking appointments for the suitable sales representative. The minimum number of calls per day, expected in this role, is 100. The expected daily talk time is 2 hours per day. The suitable candidate must be computer literate, with strong communication skills. Previous telephone experience is not essential. Training will be provided from the onset and throughout in order to develop the candidate’s skills to the best of their ability.The hourly rate is £4.50 in addition to uncapped commission. As an Apprentice you will be included on a NVQ level 2 in Sales Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Excellent communication and listening skills A polite and friendly manner, ability to build strong working relationships.
None required, but must be computer literate/ basic keyboard skills, to start the Apprenticeship you must complete Maths and English Fuctional Skills.
Intermediate NVQ Level 2 Sales, Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
Must be eager to work in a Tele-Sales environment, must be able to organise workloads and have a positive attitude and be smartly presented.
Ongoing training & development potentially leading to promotion this is an excellent opportunity to undertake a NVQ Level 2 in Sales, with an Award Winning Learning Provider.(This position could potentially lead to a permanent position.
