The scheme provides individuals with a national apprenticeship qualification alongside fast track route to management.As an ALS Apprentice you will work within the Distribution Centre experiencing all aspects of the Warehouse operation.You will work in all depot departments to support Asda’s Top Talent Apprenticeship Programme.You’ll be surrounded by state-of-the-art technology that helps us move, stack and track goods.Better still, you’ll be part of a close-knit team with one shared purpose - to get the right products to the right stores, at the right time. Our Depots come in all shapes and sizes, employing anywhere between 200 and 1,200 colleagues. Meaning you could play an important part in keeping us up and running in our busy Warehouse Depots where great customer service starts with you. You will report to your mentor who will be the Regional Operations Manager along with attending monthly visits with your Babcock Vocational Learning Adviser who will support your learning and development throughout your apprenticeship.Babcock is an award winning training provider
