Millets Farm Centre are looking to offer a fantastic Apprenticeship opportunity within Hospitality. The duties of the role will include but are not restricted to: Making bakery products from scratch to include artisan breads, rolls and pastries; Finishing products for sale, Pack products for sale as required; Ensure cleanliness of bakery area; Provide a flexible customer focused service. They are looking for somebody who is reliable and career driven. The role is a fun and challenging position that would allow you to share your love of baking with customers and co-workers in a busy environment. Your responsibility will be to assist a team of four with making products from scratch. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Food Production and Cooking Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Food Production and Cooking Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.

To be able to work on own initiative as well as in a team. Previous experience is not required as the employer is looking for someone who wants to develop a long term career in Retail.
None specific as training will be provided, but good communication skills and spoken english essential
Intermediate Diploma in Food Production and Cooking, As an Apprentice you will be included on a Catering Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.
