Description
At Caddick Construction Ltd, we are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to provide administrative support to the organisation, delivering a wide range of administration duties.The successful candidate will have the following duties:•To provide general administrative support for the office•To deal with inbound telephone enquiries, general office duties•To assist with data input•To liaise with employersWhat will you be doing?•Taking responsibility for being one of the first point of contacts within the department.•Receiving incoming calls and dealing with enquiries appropriately.•Using Bespoke Software (which training will be provided on)•Dealing with a range of enquiries including client liaison and potential client liaison. Ensuring that these enquiries are dealt with appropriately or passed to the relevant person.•Supporting the team in their day-to-day dutiesAs an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Adminstration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
