An opportunity has opened up for a customer focused individual to join our team at Lookers Volkswagen, Silverlink dealing with inbound and Outbound customer enquiries. The successful candidates will provide a first class customer experience and work towards individual and team targets.
The Lookers Motor Group offers a huge variety of vehicles from a range of top car brands, both used and new, from numerous dealerships across the UK. Alongside car sales, they also have an extensive aftersales offering, where genuine parts and approved servicing are available.

Duties to include:
A* - C grade in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. A passion towards delivering excellent customer service is also essential to this role.
There are opportunities for progression for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
NVQ level 2 in Customer Service and possible functional skills if applicable,
Candidates must be able to travel to the employer premises for a 8am start.
