Description

We are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated individual, to join us as a Customer Care Apprentice, to deal with our client’s customer email enquiries and phone calls during the working week. The successful candidate would need to respond to all email enquiries over the course each day, while also answering phone calls when necessary. They will trained in both of these areas, as required. To give an idea of the nature of emails and phone calls, the majority consist of:• Customers enquiring about postage, delivery or a missing order. • Queries about our products, how to use them, whether we stock a particular item etc. • Cancelling orders, returns and refunds. They would also be responsible for responding to customer feedback and cases on the various sites on which we operate. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Customer Services Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
