Role Highlights•Greeting customers when they arrive and answering general enquiries •Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members•Processing and filing incoming mail•Monitoring and sorting of stock •You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. •You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.•Sales order processing,•Filing•Sending of daily invoices •Sending of monthly statements •Customer file maintenance•Upkeep of proof of delivery data base•Input of sales invoices•Help with new customer and obtaining references.•Ad hock duties•Full training given.Apprenticeship Highlights•You will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration at Level 2. Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential. A knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be useful and we operate a bespoke Order Processing System for which full training would be given.
A good standard of education with GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above
Intermediate Diploma in Business Administration
You will need to be presentable, confident both on the telephone and when talking to Guests. An ability to remain calm and professional at all times
