Key Responsibilities• To be methodical in ensuring that products are accurately and carefully picked, packed, properly labelled and safely despatched.• To ensure that pallets are correctly and safely prepared for despatch.• To ensure that products at all times are placed in the correct location within the Operations area.• Where appropriate to be responsible for the accurate checking in and signing for deliveries to the Operations area.• To adhere to Operational systems and apply attention to detail at all times.• To take any opportunity which presents itself to suggest improvement and refinement of our systems and processes, if doing so may benefit Operations, our customers or the Company as a whole.• To take personal responsibility for good timekeeping, having a helpful attitude and for conducting oneself in a responsible, respectful and effective manner. • To participate in training programs to enhance own performance and the performance of others.• To take responsibility for maintaining an organised, clean, tidy, safe, secure and pleasant working environment in the Operations area.• To comply in full with all Health and Safety regulations within the workplace.• To follow and adhere to all ISO procedures.• To comply with all company policies and procedures• To assist with the answering of telephones and other office duties when necessary and as directed by the Operations Management team.• To ensure that all customer-facing and inter-Company liaison is conducted in a professional, responsible, respectful and supportive way.• Where requested and training has been provided, operation of the reach and counter balance truck will be required.• Where training has been provided to operate the floor cleaner.• Where training has been provided, to cover the day to day tasks in the absence of coordinator’s and supervisors.• Where training has been provided to effectively work within the WMS system.• To fully understand and utilize the P2V system.• To be responsible where appropriate to maintain and look after any relevant equipment utilised within normal day to day processors.Key Relationships• Operations Senior team• Operations Management team• External suppliers i.e. couriers, administrators, system operators• International colleaguesKey Competencies• Ability to be trained, qualified and safely operate machinery and equipment, where applicable• Adaptable - A positive attitude towards change, responding quickly when necessary• Teamwork - Treats people fairly and with respect, shares ideas• Ability to work within processes• Communication skill – able to listen, actively participate and able to get messages across clearly to others.Personal Specification• Working to high standards, striving to exceed customer expectations• A strong work ethic with attention to detail• Positive with ‘can-do’ attitude• Preferably experienced in working in a fast paced environment• Computer literate, with the ability to learn how to use bespoke software such as WMSApprenticeship Highlights•You will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Warehousing framework at Level 2. As part of your Apprenticeship you will learn how to:•Organise activities calendars•Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner •You will receive onsite training with an award winning training provider•Learn life skills

Basic I.T and numerical competency
G.C.S.E Maths - Pass grade
Warehousing framework at Level 2
To be successful in this role you will need to be a hard worker with good communication skills and who is able to provide excellent customer service. You will need an outgoing personality and plenty of common sense, be reliable & punctual.
