Description

Aldeli, a small family run business who prides itself on fresh food made to a high standard, require an Apprentice Sous Chef to join their workforce. As an Apprentice Sous Chef you will be required to assist head chef with preparation of cold and hot food in a fast paced environment. Cooking food from scratch, making sauces, breakfasts, with full preparation and cooking of various food. Stock rotation and ordering of produce is a daily role. There would also be scope for learning to bake high quality bread. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
