Detailed Job Description

Our award winning services are recognised by many local care professionals, doctors and Social Services as one of the best providers in the South West. We currently require a driven, hard-working individual to join our workforce as an Apprentice Administrator. As an Apprentice Administrator, your duties will include:• General Office Junior duties; shredding, filing, printing and general administrative duties;• Responding to and composing emails;• Answering inbound telephone calls;• Complete risk assessments;• Taking bookings;• Field telephone calls;• Rostering jobs to field staff.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business and Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

If an internal role becomes available on completion of the Apprenticeship programme, you will be highly considered should you wish to apply. There will also be the opportunity to get into Care work if this is something that interests you.
