Description

The Custom Café is a Bespoke American Road Café, hosting special events. We are looking to grow our menu and clientele and require an Apprentice Front of House Manager. In this role your duties will include; Looking after the front of house; supervising staff;staff rotas;managing staff progression and training; deliver excellent customer service and deal with customer complaints if necessary. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
