To assist Management and the team of counsellors in general day to day administration of the various counselling services within the organisation including data entry diary/calendar updates for appointments etc. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Counselling ProfessionalsClientsGeneral PublicDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWhen appropriate, to receive visitors and deal with appropriatelyTo receive and make telephone calls on behalf of MTCICTo maintain filing systemsInput of confidential client dataTo ensure that all work complies with data protection requirementsUpdate and maintain information systemsTo follow up on specific tasks as delegated by senior staffPromote the Company and its interests at every opportunityEnsure adherence to the content and values of the company’s equal opportunity policies in all aspects of work Promote health and safety in all aspects of work and implement the MTCIC policy and procedures in regard to this.
