We are looking for analytical, dynamic and highly organised individual with some technical knowledge of mobile phones and gadgets to join our team.

The role will be split between Online Listing of Products and also Customer Service and administration tasks. The Task will incluce: Responding to customer emails within a 24 hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manage the entire customer journey including resolving all customer queries and order complaints quickly and effectively at every step. Managing Returns process which will include troubleshooting issues with products as well as processing refunds directly on eBay and Amazon platforms. Advising dispatch team of orders with SKU or delivery amendments as well as resolving any delivery issues with dispatch team / the courier / the customer. Resolving Amazon A-Z claims and eBay Resolution Centre cases Working with Amazon customers to remedy any issues which have resulted in a negative feedback Preparing shipments to send to Amazon for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Dealing with customers who visit our offices to purchase items and processing payments Answering phone calls from potential customers who may have pre-purchase questions or wish to make a payment. Answering phone calls from Customers who have already purchased a product and have a technical questions regarding their item or have a complaint The candidate will take complete ownership of the above tasks, using their organisational and analytical skills to find ways to automate and standardize processes where possible. The candidate will also be asked to list products on Ebay and Amazon using Linnworks as part of their role as backup for the listing team. Qualifications and Skills We are looking for ideally a graduate looking for their first role. The ideal skills the candidate should have are: Experience of Linnworks Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent analytical skills and organisational skills Preferably Prior experience in a similar role The ideal candidate should have: An ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ rather than the task in hand A ‘scrappy’ can do attitude A desire to lend their hand to tasks outside of their role An interest in e-commerce and in particular Amazon and Ebay platforms This is a full-time role (subject to a 3 month’s probationary period).
