Description

A great opportunity is available to start your career in catering and hospitality.The role would include all the training to become a complete chef, this would include:Knife skills, PreparationCooking, Stock rotation, Ordering, Customer service, Front of house controls.You will be required to work your way up from small prep and cleaning duties to eventually preparing meals yourself.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Cookery Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
