New Bridge Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is a cluster of organisations that work together to create appropriate and high quality individual pathways for over 700 young people with Special Educational Needs. The role involves supporting teaching and learning activities in and outside the classroom.

We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistant Apprentices to join our team to provide valuable, practical assistance to class teachers in both the classroom and in extracurricular activities.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. We are looking for a reliable, flexible individual who has a passion working in schools. Candidates should be passionate about working with children and have a real desire to improve standards of learning in school.
**PLEASE NOTE** applicants must fulfil certain criteria in order to be eligible for apprenticeship training.
No formal qualifications are required.
No formal experience is necessary; however previous relevant experience would be advantageous. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in supporting teaching and learning and specifically within the special needs sector.

The New Bridge Group is looking for candidates who are serious about a career in education and is willing to support successful apprentices on their career journey in the education sector.
Candidates will be required to undertake 1 paid education day per month at school. Candidates will also have 3 more contacts per month with their tutor through a variety of mediums including – observations, webinars, phone calls, review meetings and distance learning.
