Description
The Apprentice will be asked initially to work at the Canberra Hotel and China UK Business Centre, with a view to developing a more specialised role within one of the businesses in the longer term and taking on a Management role.
Customer liaison face to face and by phone at the China UK Business Centre, working with Blackpool Council and the Chinese Government.
Online marketing using social media.
Helping out as required at the hotel, restaurant and takeaway businesses which are located close together:
Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, serving customers, general cleaning duties.

We are looking for an individual with a high level of customer service skill with an interest in the hospitality sector. You must be prepared to learn, be hardworking, posses an excellent telephone manner with some knoweldge of ICT skills.
4 GCSE’s at grades A*- D including Maths and English (or equivalent).
NVQ Level 2 Hospitality Services
Technical Certificate Level 2 in Hospitality Services
Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths
