An office junior is needed to support the business administration tasks for the production planning office.·

  • Telephone e.g. taking inbound and making outbound calls·
  • Organising paperwork and filing·
  • Typing letters and reports·
  • Updating Computer records·
  • Sending emails·
  • Ordering Stationery·
  • Sending post and opening and distributing the post·
  • Production planning·
  • Reception duties·
  • Preparation of the conference room·
  • Ordering the stationery·
  • Commissions spreadsheet·
  • Sales invoices·
  • Post duties·
  • Accounts department·
  • Sorting with the accounts
