We are looking to grow our menu and clientele and require an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant/Cook. In this role your duties will include; • To work in the kitchen helping with preparation of food; • keeping kitchen clean and tidy; • helping the head chef as necessary; • stock rotation; • take in delivery’s; • Close kitchen when necessary. • Food prep to include veg, salad and meats The restaurant is mainly a steak house so working often with meats. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
