Detailed Job Description

The main duties and responsibilities of the Apprentice Compliance Administrator are but not limited to: Contacting candidates via phone & e-mail to request documentation

  • Maintain appropriate filing and retrieval systems
  • Assisting the compliance and Sales Departments as necessary
  • Briefing candidates on compliance process as per framework requirements and offering general advice
  • Maintaining and updating our database
  • Accurately applying for document updates
  • Requesting professional references, employment histories, immunisation records & DBS checks
  • Advising and booking candidates for necessary courses

Qualifications required

A-C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

Skills required

  • Competent in Microsoft packages
  • Confident on the phone
  • Good organisational skills
  • To be able to prioritise workloads
  • Good written communication
  • The ability to use own initiative
  • Motivated and enthusiastic

Future prospects

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.

Additional Information

Training provided

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.

In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Business Administration through in-house delivery.

The Qualification consists of the following:

Business Administration Level 2 Technical certificate

Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy (if relevant)
