Detailed Job Description
Speak to clients on the telephone, book them an appointment, input all their data into Access database, prepare a letter of confirmation (using Word with merge), email letter, prepare information pack (printing from a website), receiving client, offering them a drink. Updating the database with all their details after the meeting. Sending a monthly questionnaire requesting comments on our service (Word with merge). Updating lists of local accountants, solicitors, insurance companies, providers of office space and meeting rooms.
Upload training courses to our website, Eventbrite and to Herts Growth Hub, St Albans Businesses and Facebook. Assist in the paperwork relating to all training courses to comply with ERDF funding rules. Attend any of our training workshops that you wish.
Assist with premises & facilities management. Liaise with tenants, plumber/electrician/decorator. Prepare receipts for tenants for their monthly licence.
Assist with social media: sending tweets, Facebook and LinkedIn posts
General office duties
Answering the telephone, receiving visitors, placing stationery orders and putting stationery away, preparing conference room for training courses (projector and cups), clearing up conference room after a course
PA/Office Manager duties
Deputise for Administration Manager in her absence (under direction from Executive Director)
Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch.
