Description
The Ragley Boat Stop are currently looking for an enthusiastic front of house team member who is hardworking and willing to learn. We are looking for somebody who is willing to learn and has the want to develop and succeed within the hospitality industry. The job role will involve but not limited to: Taking food and drinks orders, taking food to the table, Customer service, Cash & payment handling, preparing and serving drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), General cleaning duties, ensuring smooth professional and effortless service at all times, being a key team member at all times. Full training will be given as part of the work place induction process and you will be supervised whilst on shift. We are looking for the right person to train and develop to become part of our busy team. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Team Member Qualification specialising in Food and Beverage Service. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

No qualifications are required as full training will be given, must complete Maths and English Functional Skills to start the apprenticeship.
Aside from the experience gained in this role, the successful applicant will work towards a nationally recognised qualification, in this case it is: Level 2 Hospitality Team Member specialising in Food and Beverage Service 12-14 months depending on the standard plus 2 months for the End Point Assessment Supports the apprentice in gaining the necessary skills, behaviours and knowledge necessary to be competent in their job role’s Academic equivalent to 5 GCSE passes Component parts Level 2 Standard Functional Skills Level 1 - Mathematics and English (with an opportunity to work towards Level 2)l End Point Assessment
