Synapse is a company with expertise for resolving database problems for a number of high profile customers and over the years have developed innovative solutions for complex problems associated with spreadsheet management.Due to their continued success they are now recruiting an apprentice to join their Testing and Support Team in testing software, providing first-line technical support to customers and setting up new clients.

Testing software and investigating, diagnosing and reporting bugs to engineering team.
Setting up new software for new clients and customers
Being involved in software development cycle
Working with software design specs to create test scripts and analyse findings
Monitoring incoming client queries on the Help Desk and adhering to support guidelines and processes
