  • Assist in the Assessment of the effectiveness of Care implementation and delivery
  • Encourage a model of self-care and Service User care
  • Record relevant activities in Care Plans
  • Evaluate standards of Care competence
  • Encourage innovative methods for the delivery of Care
  • Seek opportunites for personal and professional growth
  • Support the implementation of the Organisation’s policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development to the level agreed in the Apprenticeship Contract
