Detailed Job Description

The role is to assist in the management of blocks using Blockman, a property management system, accessed by clients and residents and by the Property Management Team when dealing with the following

  • Day to day maintenance
  • Day to day contracted and cyclical maintenance
  • Ensure electronic data, emails and client files are updated
  • Flat owners/tenants queries
  • On-site staff and related staff issues
  • Issue of service charge and ground rent application for payment
  • General property management administration
  • Production of budgets, including reserve funding for the forthcoming year
  • Circulation of information to residents
  • Processing of invoices
  • Solicitors enquiry packs
  • Any other property issues as directed by the Senior Property Manager

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE or equivalent English and Maths grade A*-C (9-4)

Full UK Driving License

Skills required

  • Experience of working in a high end customer service/retail establishment
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters that may involve the general public and handling issues and queries with professionalism
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good planning skills

Training provided

The candidate will receive mentoring and training support to achieve the following Formative assessment- A portfolio of evidence developed through a formative assessment process Completion of agreed qualification/assessment of knowledge, Completion of level 2 English and Maths Functional skills. End point assessment is through a work based project and a panel interview.

Please note the hourly rate is an estimate as the employer pays a yearly salary of 14K. The occassional evening meeting maybe required which will result in time off in Leiu
