In our Customer Service Apprenticeship role you will learn how to building relationships with customers and how to deliver a high level of Customer Service to ensure our customers leave satisfied and always return!!!

Independent cake and pie shop, our produce is homemade using locally sourced ingredients and staffed by local people. Cakes made to order with indoor/outdoor café space available.

Detailed Job Description

The job role will include the follwoing tasks -

  • Building great relationships with our customers.
  • Serving confectionary goods.
  • Great housekeeping.
  • General cleaning duties.
  • Food preperation.
  • Producing hot foods.
  • Building great cake displays.
  • Handling cash.
  • Taking orders over the phone.
  • Running the café for short periods of time when fully trained.

Future prospects

Additional paid working hours will be available during busy periods. Regular pay reviews will be held and good performance will be rewarded. On completion of the 12 month apprenticeship program, depending on performance, you may be offered a full time role at Riverview Patisserie and Bakery.
