Croydon Day Hospital opened in September 2017. The hospital has been developed for day case management and provides a wide range of clinical specialities to our patients via both private and NHS referrals. The hospital is located centrally in Croydon town centre, benefiting from excellent transport links from East and West Croydon train stations (serving several London terminal stations), a tram line and extensive bus services. Limited free parking is also available on site.

Detailed Job Description

  • Ad hoc Accounts Payable tasks as required.
  • Processing and opening the daily Accounts Payable post.
  • Preparing the documents for scanning.
  • Redistribution of PO invoices.
  • Promptly identifying and resolving supplier issues.
  • Working with suppliers to quickly resolve invoice queries.
  • Working with sites to quickly resolve invoice queries

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

A-C in maths and English or equivalent.

Skills required

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure

Future prospects

Ramsay Healthcare provides onsite training and support to develop its entire staff. If the apprentice wishes to develop and learn then other elements of finance support will be available. They will learn how to process and settle invoices, account reconciliations and manage significant volumes.
