  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments.
  • Assisting customers in the best way possible.
  • Liaising with customers about additional services.
  • Keeping customers updated and informed.

  • Responding to customer requests.
  • Ensuring customers have a good impression of the business and its services.

Qualifications required

GCSE or equivalent in Math, English & IT

  • Competent in Microsoft packages
  • Confident in speaking to people over the phone

Future prospects

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time.

Additional Information

Training provided

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.

In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Customer Service Level 2 through in house delivery.

The Customer Service Level 2 consists of the following:

  • Level 2 in Customer Service
  • Technical Certificate
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy and ICT
