Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to complete an Apprenticeship Programme in Hospitality, specialising in Food and Beverage Service at The Bexley Heath Conservative Club with a friendly employer. Whilst working as a Hospitality Team Member Apprentice you will be given full training on all duties to include:
•Meet & greet customers
•Take food and beverage orders
•Ensure customer’s needs are met at all times
•Processing card and cash payments
•Providing good customer service
•Clear and relay tables
•Restock fridges
•Keeping the bar area clean
•Adhere to all health and safety laws and licensing laws
•Ensure procedures and schedules are followed
•Ensure that any equipment is clean and maintained.
Full training will be given as part of the work place induction process and you will be supervised whilst on shift. We are looking for the right person to train and develop to become part of our busy team. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Team Member Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will be hardworking, confident, able to work on own initiative and have a good work ethic.
No specific qualifications are required as full training is to be provided. However basic maths and English skills are essential.
Aside from the experience gained in this role, the successful applicant will work towards a nationally recognised qualification, in this case it is: Level 2 Hospitality Team Member specialising in Food and Beverage Service. 12-14 months depending on the standard plus 2 months for the End Point Assessment Supports the apprentice in gaining the necessary skills, behaviours and knowledge necessary to be competent in their job role. Academic equivalent to 5 GCSE passes Component parts Level 2 Standard Functional Skills Level 1 - Mathematics and English (with an opportunity to work towards Level 2)l End Point Assessment

There is a possibility of a full time position on completion of the apprenticeship.
