Detailed Job Description

You will support and help residents in a care home setting.

You will be aware of your limitations and understand who to ask for help or support.

You will work to agreed guidelines, following relevant standards, policies and protocols used in your workplace. This will include the Code of Coduct for Healthcare Support Wrkers and Adult Social Care Workers in England

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

Maths and English at Level 1 (or quivalent) would be desirable but not essential

Skills required

Excellent Communication Skills

Be able to handle information (record, report and store) relating to individuals, in libe with local and national policies.

This apprenticeship may lead to permanent employment
