I am a big believer of the phrase “you get out of something what you put in”.
I am looking for a hard-working individual, whom is going to show passion and dedication to their course. In the salon I am more than willing to give back the same, I will give any guidance needed as well as training; even if it involves extra coaching on areas the candidate is unsure on. I will be making specific time for training in the trade.
If you show me you are going to give this course your all, then I will do everything in my power to ensure you get to the position you want to end up in with a strong clientele. Just remember most hairdressers have started where you are now, and what they have given is reflected upon in their success. I am 25 and run a successful salon that I built up myself, and every stylist working in my salon is now normally fully booked.
