Dealing with requests from Customers, by phone and email, to arrange for various work to be done, from fixing a door, repairing a leak or chasing a non-delivery of milk. Includes allocating a supplier, co-ordinating supplier visits, monitoring and chasing the supplier for progress so it is completed in time and to a satisfactory standard.
