Detailed Job Description

This is a new apprenticeship that will support the beginning of your journey in becoming a property professional.

You’ll work in both sales and lettings, building up your knowledge and expertise in both areas, helping you to deliver a brilliant customer experience, whilst working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Not only will you be supported by your line manager, you’ll also be ’buddied’ up with an employee already in the role, attend training with our Learning and Development team, and have your very own dedicated training officer, who will support you throughout your apprenticeship

This is a 14 month fixed term apprenticeship and as you move through the programme your responsibilities will increase. On successful completion of the programme you’ll move into a permanent role as a Negotiator.

A typical day can include:

  • Customer contact and feedback
  • Supporting the move in process
  • Assisting with business generation activities
  • General administration activities

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE Maths and English at Grade C minimum is required (or equivalent)

Skills required

  • Professional, positive and enthusiastic
  • Have a desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Able to work on your own as well as in a team
  • Able to show that you have a full UK driving licence, or that you’re working towards receiving one due to the nature of the role

Personal Qualities

  • A self-starter with a ’can do’ attitude
  • A great communicator and able to build relationships
  • Flexible

Future prospects

On successful completion of the programme there will be a salary increase as well as commission which could take your earnings up to £22,000 OTE

Training provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer, Countrywide. Countrywide will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

If successful, you will complete a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme delivered through Countrywide’s dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
