The role is extremely varied and challenging; where every day is different. A good property management service is pivotal to a successful lettings agency.
Our first office opened in June 1989 and today we operate from multiple offices in the South East of England. We are considered to be one of the UK’s most successful estate agencies and according to a recent independent survey, rank in the top 100 UK estate agents out of over 20,000. Choices are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme and the National Approved Letting Scheme, and have been awarded the ISO9002 accreditation for quality of internal management systems. We currently let and manage over 2500 properties on behalf of landlords and we arrange millions of pounds of property sales every week through both our Homesales department and our Property Investment Service.
