Choices are seeking proactive and willing individuals to join our busy Redhill office to manage a portfolio of properties, providing excellent service to both tenants and landlords. The role is extremely varied and challenging; where every day is different. A good property management service is pivotal to a successful lettings agency.

Main point of contact for Landlords with propertiesManage any tenant questions or property maintenance issuesEnsure rent is paid in a timely manner, keeping the Landlord informed at all timesNegotiate with contractors to achieve the best possible pricing for the LandlordsManage all contractor invoicing throughout the portfolioCoordinate all activities relating to the ongoing management of the portfolioEnsure all properties are compliant - gas safety certificates, EPC’s and all legal documentationArrange detailed inventories and out checksArrange property inspections to ensure the standards of the property are maintainedProactively coordinate renewals to ensure the property is let again swiftlyArrange for deposits to be returned under the terms of the correct deposit scheme
