Assisting to deliver topical and relevant events to Hertfordshire businesses whilst connecting people through networking, social media, marketing campaigns.

Supporting Events Manager with :
· Process bookings for events
· Issue receipts and invoices for bookings
· Update events dashboard
· Create badges for events
· Compile delegates lists from CRM
· Sending email correspondence to delegates before/after event
· Contacting venues to upload details to venues website
· Provide login details to members for uploading
Supporting Marketing & Communications Executive with:
· Assist with managing social media channels
· Assist with incoming enquires via email / telephone
· Assist with market research and compile spreadsheets via Excel
· Segmenting data from CRM to compile campaigns
· Research information required for Inspire Magazine
Generally assisting the Operations Team with preparation and setting up of events, Masterclasses and marketing collateral. Supporting Membership Team with adhoc administration and membership account telephone calls.
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm 1 hour lunch unpaid 35 hours
A minimum of A*-C (9-4) in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
Presentable Excellent written, spoken and social skills Confident / Sociable Confident in making and receiving telephone calls Adaptable to change Computer literate in:
· Excel Able and keen to learn new systems
The successful candidate will work in all areas of the business from Marketing and Communications and Events Management through to Business Development and Customer Service. The role will help grow confidence in working with a vast range of business across many sectors from Sole Traders to Worldwide businesses. The Export Team would add value to your knowledge as we not only deliver support to the UK through 52 accredited Chambers but 41 overseas Chambers. You will be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who wants to make a difference !
Higher Level 4 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
