Description

The main duties of the job role will include:

  • Utilise Graphic Design Programmes such as; Photoshop, Illustrator, CS4, Coral and Digitising to create eye-catching designs and company logos to be embroidered onto work wear.
  • Work with management to process and product development strategies and manage client proposals from type setting to design and production.
  • Work with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to style, format, print and timescales.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product collateral by determining size and arrangement of illustration, font style and size.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements.

You will need to be creative and have technical IT knowledge.
  • 4 GCSE’s at grades A*- D including Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Candidates must achieve a score of at least Level 1 on the college online initial assessments in English, Maths and IT.
You will work towards completing the Level 3 (Advanced) Engineering Apprenticeship in Engineering Technical Support
