Description
This is a kitchen based role, with occasional front of house work during busy periods
Working as part of a close knit team:
Preparation and plating of food
Serving food
Cleaning according to standards
Pot washing
Menu development and structure
Learning Spanish cookery
Helping with outside catering orders and assisting at events from time to time
£4.50 basic level entry, to be reviewed dependant on age and experience.

We are looking for an individual with a high level of customer service skill with an interest and some experience in the catering sector. You must be prepared to learn.
No formal qualifications required.
NVQ Level 2 Hospitality Services
Technical Certificate Level 2 in Hospitality Services
Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths
