Detailed Job Description

  • Dealing with new business proposals and acknowledging receipt
  • Creating customers files conducting necessary searches ready for underwriting
  • Dealing with customer queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance in raising all appropriate finance paperwork relevant to each transaction.
  • Raising document packs
  • Updating all events on Filemaker(internal IT system)
  • Provide comprehensive and correct invoicing instructions to equipment suppliers
  • Issuing remittance advices to relevant parties

  • GCSE`s (or equivalent) grades A-C English, Maths and ICT

Additional Information

Training provided

You will work towards 4 mandatory units and choose optional units. These will be selected by both you and the employer making sure the units are relevant to the job you are undertaking. Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration and Functional Skills include:-Maths Level 1, English Level 1 and ICT Level 1. An Employment Rights & Responsibilities workbook will be completed. Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

Due to the location, candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car. Will increase wage to £4.00 per hour for the right candidate. There is also the potential to be involved in the Company’s marketing strategy and execution. This is delivered via business social media, articles and editorials, our soon to be re-launched web site, email campaigns and printed media.
