Maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive image of BTG is projected.Key Duties:Searching various job boards, linkedIn, candidates data base, networking and headhuntingPerforming the daily CV search notifying consultants of any appropriate candidates for their rolesMaintaining and updating data base - adding 10 new contacts per weekPreparing marketing material such as email shots. Sending out candidate and client email shots on a weekly basisAnd adhoc dutiesThis is a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. This Apprenticeship with be working towards an end point assessment with additional support teaching and learning from a work based tutor from Chesterfield College.
Strong communication skills and highly motivated. Good written English.
Smartly presented and professional attitude. Able to prioritise tasks.

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. This Apprenticeship with be working towards an end point assessment with additional support teaching and learning from a work based tutor from Chesterfield College. The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to your customers. You provide service in line with the organisation’s customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements.
