Detailed Job Description

  • Sage accounts
  • Checking invoices
  • Inputting invoices
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, taking orders over the phone.
  • Order processing (sales and procurements)
  • E - commerce website keeping it updated as well as social media.

Maths and English GCSE A* - C

  • Competent in Microsoft packages

Future prospects

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.

Additional Information

Training provided

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.

In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Business Admin Level 2 through in-house delivery.

The Qualification consists of the following:

  • Business Admin Level 2
  • Technical certificate
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy (if relevant)
