The EA will provide administrative support to the CEO in all aspects of their professional and personal life. Detailed Job Description

Location: the nearest station is Tottenham Court Road underground, London.

Key responsibilities

  1. Diary management – schedule meetings both internally and externally
  2. Meeting preparation – research, advance documentation preparing and bookings
  3. Client invitation management – including high profile/VIP clients and liaising with Event Managers
  4. Organise and manage international travel bookings i.e. flights and accommodation
  5. Assist with business expenses – collating receipts for company credit cards
  6. General office support when required
  7. Event support when required

Hours are 9 am to 6 pm

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

  1. GCSE Mathematics grade C-A* (or 4-9) or level 2 functional skill.
  2. GCSE English (Literature or Language) grade C- A* (or 4-9) or level 2 functional skill.
  3. You will also have good knowledge of IT, including all Microsoft packages, Google doc/sheets.
  4. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role

A full-time opportunity may be available if the candidate excels in the role. A higher level apprenticeship available following successful completion of the initial apprenticeship, with WhiteHat.
