Their objectives are to work with a small number of good clients, and to assist them expand through franchising into new national and international markets. Equally they work closely with franchisees to ensure that the business opportunity they select is the correct fit. For Franchisors, whether the client company is at the stage of looking at franchising for the very first time or an established franchise network looking for new or fresh approaches to recruitment, training and retention of its franchise partners, our client has a solution to fit most objectives.

About the job This role will initially provide support to other members of our client’s team and typical duties will include (but not be limited to)- •Meeting and greeting clients

•Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries

•Respond to emails and book appointments

•Use of internal systems and procedures

•Use of office equipment

•Update our client’s social media accounts

•Adhere to our client’s company policies.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

For this role you will need a minimum of either a B or a 5 in both Maths and English GCSE.

Skills required

No specific skills are required for this role however you will need to demonstrate that you are highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed to deadlines.

Personal Qualities

About you In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate you enjoy working in an office environment, are well organised and can prioritise tasks effectively to ensure you complete work on time. This role would suit someone who is looking for their first role in employment or someone who is returning to work following an employment break. It would also suit someone looking for a change of career.

Future prospects

This opportunity is a fantastic starting point for anyone serious about a career developing businesses. In addition to this you will also receive training from a National Training Provider, working towards the Business Administrator Advanced Apprenticeship. This qualification is nationally recognised across all industries in the UK. Subject to satisfactory performance, on completion of this qualification you will be invited to then work towards the Chartered Management Institute Degree Apprenticeship which will allow you to develop your capabilities at a senior business level.

About the training

This apprenticeship consists of two training elements. Firstly, you will be trained by employees of our client to understand what you will do on a day to day basis in the role. As part of a team providing services to a wide range of businesses, you will be exposed to a variety of business models and product and service offerings.

As an apprentice you are also eligible to become a member of the National Union of Students which entitles you to a wide range of travel and other discounts.
