This role is for a Trainee Chef would be to answer directly to the Head Chef or Chef in charge in the instance of the Head Chef’s absence. Abide by all Health and Safety regulations and Food Laws. Helping with the running of the day to day duties of the kitchen, whilst developing yourself as a young chef.
